Departure from LENNO, via DELMATI 7. As you leave the pier, you will cruise along the shoreline through calm waters, alpine silhouettes, and postcard-perfect views, enjoying a privileged perspective of some of the lake’s most celebrated historic residences.
You will reach Villa del Balbianello, built in 1785 at the request of Cardinal Angelo Maria Durini on the tip of the Lavedo promontory, on the remains of an ancient Franciscan convent. Over time it became the residence of intellectuals and artists, until it was acquired by explorer Guido Monzino, who restored it and donated it to the FAI in 1988.
The complex includes residential buildings, a church, an elegant lakeside portico, and a panoramic garden with breathtaking views. It is also famous worldwide as an international film location for productions such as Star Wars: Episode II and Casino Royale.
To ensure a punctual experience for everyone, the tour runs on a strict schedule:

Tickets can be purchased online only and full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted.
At boarding, passengers must present the booking voucher with QR code received after completing the reservation (either on a mobile device or printed).
Failure to present the voucher will result in denied boarding.
All bookings are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable.
If the customer requests cancellation, the total amount paid will be forfeited.
The captain will strictly respect the scheduled departure time.
Rospo SRL is not responsible for late arrivals. Passengers who are not present at boarding time will lose the right to participate in the tour and no refund will be granted.In case of delay, Rospo does not guarantee rescheduling the package to another time slot.
In the event of weather conditions that do not guarantee passenger safety, the company and the captain reserve the right to:
modify the itinerary or schedule
postpone the service
cancel the navigation if strictly necessary
The company is not responsible for third-party services that cannot be provided due to force majeure.
Pick-up and drop-off points are predefined but may change according to weather conditions. Such changes do not imply any responsibility for the company regarding the organization or payment of alternative transport to the new departure point.
The captain has the right and duty to deny boarding to individuals in visibly altered conditions that could endanger the safety of other passengers on board.
The person named in the booking is fully responsible for any damage caused on board the boat and will be required to pay an amount equivalent to the value of the damaged or broken items.
Bellagio Boat Service makes every effort to ensure proper maintenance and prevention of mechanical failures or wear of components.
In case of breakdowns or damages that prevent the service from taking place, the tour may be cancelled at any time and the full amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
