You will start an unforgettable journey through the most enchanting places of Lake Como. Admire renowned attractions such as Villa Carlotta, with its botanical gardens, Villa del Balbianello, immortalized in Star Wars and Casino Royale and Villa Balbiano featured in the film House of Gucci. The tour continues to Bellagio where you will discover Villa Melzi, surrounded by beautiful gardens, Villa Placida and Villa Gerli. Get to the last place, Varenna with its historical residences like Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– STARTING FROM NOVEMBER 1ST, THE TOUR INCLUDES A STOP IN BELLAGIO AT 1:20 PM FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THE PEARL OF THE LAKE. 3:00 PM DEPARTURE TO TREMEZZO. IF YOU MISS THE 3:00 PM BOAT, THERE WILL BE NO WAY TO RETURN TO TREMEZZO EXCEPT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
– On the boat there is a billboard with the instruction to download the app for the audio guide (On board, only the name of the attraction visible at the time will be provided and it will be up to the customer to press play on the audio guide to receive the information.) – This is a panoramic tour. The stops will be made to allow customers who have boarded at their meeting points to get off.

We inform you that on weekends, due to the large turnout and the restrictive boarding and disembarking times on the piers, the tour may last less than the 90 minutes communicated.
CONFIRMATION
Tickets can only be purchased online and full prepayment is required. Cash payments are not accepted.
When boarding, it is necessary to provide the voucher, with QR code, received at the end of the booking process (either mobile device or paper are fine). Only the voucher allows you to get on board.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Bookings are not refundable in case of cancellation or change. If the customer requests cancellation, the amount paid will be totally lost. Once the booking is proccessed, the selected departure time cannot be amended.
TIMINGS
The captain follows the departure time. Rospo SRL is not responsible for any delays of passengers who do not show up at the boarding time.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of weather conditions that cannot guarantee the safety of passengers, the company and the captain reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, or if strictly necessary, definitively cancel the service. The company does not assume responsibility for services provided by third parties that cannot be provided due to force majeure. The pick up and drop off points are defined in advance but might change according to weather conditions; these changes won’t make the company responsible for organizing or paying an alternative transport to the new departure point.
SAFETY
The captain has the right and duty to prevent access on board to people in visible altered states who could affect the safety of other passengers on board.
DAMAGES
The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused on board and will be required to pay the equal amount of money in case of issues. The company is not responsible of any forgotten item.
CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE FOR RESONABLE PROBLEMS
Bellagio Boat Service takes care of maintenance and prevention of breakage of its boats but in case of serious damages which prevent the performance, the navigation can be canceled at any time and the amount paid will be fully refunded. The refund will be credited within 10/15 working days.
BOARD RULES
Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed.
Food and drinks are not permitted.
