Entrance ticket to the gardens of Villa Balbianello
The service is operated as a shared boat tour and is therefore not a private boat.
The package includes entrance to the gardens of Villa Balbianello, but not to the Villa itself.
Tickets can only be purchased online and full prepayment is required. Cash payments are not accepted.
At the time of boarding, you must present the voucher with the QR code received at the end of the booking process (either on a mobile device or in printed form). Failure to present the required document will result in denial of boarding.
All bookings are non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable. Should the customer request cancellation, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
The captain will strictly adhere to the scheduled departure time indicated on the booking. Rospo SRL is not responsible for delays caused by passengers who are not present at the time of boarding.
In the event of weather conditions that do not allow passenger safety to be guaranteed, the company and the captain reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and, if strictly necessary, to cancel the boat service entirely.
The company accepts no responsibility for third-party services that cannot be provided due to force majeure.
Pick-up and drop-off points are established in advance but may be changed depending on weather conditions. Such changes shall not result in any liability on the part of the company for arranging or paying for alternative transportation to the new departure point.
The captain has the right and duty to deny boarding to persons who are visibly intoxicated or in an altered state that could endanger the safety of other passengers on board.
The person named on the booking is responsible for any damage caused on board the boat and will be required to pay an amount equivalent to the value of the item damaged or broken.
Bellagio Boat Service makes every effort to maintain the boats and prevent breakdowns of mechanical components and/or parts subject to wear and tear. However, in the event of breakdowns or damage that make it impossible to operate the service, the service may be cancelled at any time and the amount paid will be fully refunded.
The refund will be credited within 10–15 business days.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.
Pets are not allowed.
Food and drinks are not permitted on board.
