TERMS OF CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

To confirm the service, a NOT REFUNDABLE 40% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

 - With the payment of the requested amount of money, the customer agrees to terms and conditions.

- There is no final reservation or service guarantee until both payments have been received. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

- The balance payment is essential to allow suppliers to proceed with final logistics, catering food orders, and crew coordination. Therefore, the final amount must be paid strictly within the stated deadline. In case of delay, ROSPO will not anticipate any supplier payments and the on board services might not be guaranteed

WEATHER CONDITIONS AND PIERS

Management assumes no responsibility for services provided by third parties or for services that cannot be delivered due to force majeure. Only in the event of extremely adverse weather conditions that compromise passenger safety during boarding or navigation, the captain reserves the right to modify the schedule, change the type of vessel, or, if necessary, definitively cancel the excursion. The boarding and disembarkation point will be agreed in advance but may be subject to change depending on lake conditions or the status of the piers. ROSPO SRL shall not be responsible for any additional transfer costs required to reach a new departure point or final destination. ROSPO SRL is not responsible for the condition of public piers or for any regulatory changes affecting their use. When a boarding/disembarkation point is indicated, this refers to its conditions and accessibility at the time the service is booked.

SCHEDULE AND DELAYS

The captain is required to respect the agreed departure time; beyond this limit, the boat may no longer be available or a surcharge may be required. In the event of a client delay, the company will be entitled to take all necessary measures to ensure subsequent scheduled services, including cancellation of the service. An additional charge of €400.00 for every 30 minutes of delay will apply, provided the boat is still available. To avoid damage to the hull, boarding will only be permitted once all passengers have reached the boarding area. Disembarkation procedures must be completed within 5 minutes of docking.

ON BOARD REFERENT

The contract holder or the person responsible for the service (such as a wedding planner or tour leader) will be responsible for ensuring the correct number of guests on board. In the absence of a designated contact person, the captain will strictly follow the times specified in the contract, regardless of the number of guests present on board. For any extra consumption not included in the package, onboard staff must be informed in advance of the billing method, specifying whether drinks are to be paid individually by guests or collectively by a single representative at the end of the service.

ON BOARD SERVICES

The onboard service is not intended to be formal or particularly elegant, but rather reflects the authentic spirit of Lake Como: simple, welcoming, and genuine. The atmosphere is relaxed and traditional, designed to allow guests to enjoy the lake in a natural and comfortable way. All onboard services indicated in our brochure are provided exclusively by ROSPO SRL. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted on board. Food, beverages, DJ corner, and audio system are set up in the covered area of the vessel. For background music, guests may connect their own playlist to a device that will be linked to the main sound system. The throwing of rice, petals, or confetti on board is not permitted.

SAFETY

Swimming or jumping from the boat is absolutely forbidden. Smoking on board is strictly prohibited. In compliance with Italian law (Presidential Decree No. 309/1990), the use, possession, or distribution of drugs and any other illegal substances is strictly prohibited on board. Should any guest be found in violation of this law, the service will be immediately terminated, and all passengers will be required to disembark at the nearest available pier. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to notify the local authorities, and the individuals involved may be subject to legal prosecution under Italian jurisdiction. The captain has the right to deny the access on the boat to people who might affected safety of other passengers on board. Inappropriate, violent or disrespectful behavior towards other guests, the staff or the captain won’t be tolerated; the captain will undertake all necessary actions to protect the safety on board, including the possibility to stop the service anytime and anywhere. 


DAMAGES

The contract holder is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel and will be required to compensate the company for the corresponding amount. The company is not responsible for personal belongings left on board.


CANCELLATION OF SERVICE DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES

ROSPO SRL takes all necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of its vessels and to prevent any technical inconveniences. Should a malfunction or technical issue occur, despite these precautions, making it impossible to provide the service and if no replacement vessel is available, the service will be cancelled and the Client will be entitled exclusively to a full refund of the amounts already paid. It is understood that ROSPO SRL shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any additional costs, inconveniences, or indirect damages resulting from the cancellation, nor shall it be required to provide or cover expenses related to alternative transportation or substitute services.


CANCELLATION BY ROSPO SRL

If, for safety reasons related to weather conditions or lake navigability, the Captain decides to cancel the service, ROSPO SRL will issue a full refund of the amount paid by the Client.This refund will be considered as full and final settlement, and no additional compensation will be provided for any related costs, inconveniences, or indirect damages resulting from the cancellation.
