SERVICE CONFIRMATION
Tickets can only be purchased online and full prepayment is required. Cash payments are not accepted.
At boarding, passengers must present the voucher with the QR code received at the end of the booking process (either on a mobile device or in printed form). Failure to present the document will result in denial of boarding.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE
All bookings are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
SCHEDULE
The captain will strictly adhere to the scheduled departure time. Rospo SRL is not responsible for any delays caused by passengers who are not present at the time of boarding.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event of weather conditions that may compromise passenger safety, the company and the captain reserve the right to modify the itinerary and, if strictly necessary, cancel the service.
The company is not responsible for services provided by third parties that cannot be delivered due to force majeure. Pick-up and drop-off points are defined in advance but may be subject to change depending on weather conditions. Such changes do not entail any responsibility on the part of the company for organizing or covering the cost of alternative transportation to the new departure point.
SAFETY
The captain has the right and duty to deny boarding to individuals who appear to be under the influence or in a condition that could compromise the safety of other passengers on board.
DAMAGE
The person holding the booking is responsible for any damage caused on board the vessel and will be required to pay an amount equivalent to the damage incurred.
SERVICE CANCELLATION FOR JUSTIFIED REASONS
While Bellagio Boat Service makes every effort to maintain and prevent mechanical failures or wear and tear, in the event of breakdowns or damage that prevent the service from being carried out, the service may be cancelled at any time and the full amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
ONBOARD RULES
Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.
Pets are not allowed.
Food and beverages are not permitted.
